I'm currently an early-stage climate tech startup operator, but attribute much of my professional journey and generalist skill set to my first job in consulting at Redstone Strategy Group, a boutique consulting firm focused on social impact. At Redstone, I worked on cases related to education, human services, and climate; I also co-led the recruiting working group, improving our candidate review, case interview, and deliberation processes.
