About Melissa
I’m a career and performance coach with a deep background in talent development, leadership, and professional services. Before coaching professionally, I spent over 12 years in corporate environments and executive search, where I led high-performing teams, partnered closely with senior leaders, and worked at the center of promotion decisions, performance challenges, and organizational change. Throughout my career, I’ve supported professionals navigating transitions, promotion readiness, and increased scope, often in fast-paced, demanding environments. I’ve seen firsthand that advancement is rarely limited by capability alone. More often, it’s shaped by focus, confidence under pressure, and the ability to adapt how one operates as expectations increase. My coaching blends self-awareness with practical strategy. I help clients clarify what matters most, reduce reactivity, strengthen confidence in their decisions, and translate insight into grounded action. Clients often describe feeling clearer, calmer, and more steady after our sessions, with tools and perspective they can immediately apply in their work. I’m best suited for mid-career to senior professionals in consulting, tech, finance, or professional services who are navigating growth, transition, or increased leadership expectations.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I’ve seen how powerful the right support can be in helping people achieve meaningful growth, both professionally and personally. Throughout my career, I’ve watched capable, high-performing professionals work incredibly hard, yet still feel stuck, stretched, or uncertain about what would actually move the needle. I’ve experienced this myself. Coaching has been one of the most impactful investments in my own life, helping me build clarity, confidence, and practical tools to achieve what matters most to me. That experience, combined with years spent leading teams and developing talent, shaped my belief that sustainable success comes from the right blend of focus, practical strategy, steady support, and the inner work required to support external change. What I love most about coaching is the one-on-one partnership. I find it deeply rewarding to help people unlock what they’re capable of, whether that’s preparing for a promotion, navigating a demanding dynamic, building a more sustainable way of working, or strengthening how they lead and decide. Over time, clients often achieve meaningful results while also feeling more grounded, confident, and clear in how they show up.
