We’ll start with a pre-start kickoff session before you join the company, then meet for two 60-minute coaching sessions per month over your first three months. Across the engagement, we’ll build your 90-day ramp plan, stakeholder and influence map, and executive presence strategy while working through the real challenges, conversations, and decisions that come up as you step into the role. Before day one, we’ll clarify expectations for the role, identify likely credibility risks, define your first-30-days learning agenda, and establish the strategic mindset you need to bring into the new organization. In the first month, we’ll focus on helping you understand the organization, product area, manager expectations, stakeholder landscape, and early trust-building opportunities so you can ramp quickly without defaulting into workhorse mode. In the second month, we’ll turn your early observations into action by shaping your stakeholder map, managing up effectively, communicating with more executive presence, and creating the operating rhythms you need to drive clarity across teams. In the third month, we’ll focus on converting early credibility into visible leadership impact by refining your strategic narrative, preparing for key executive or cross-functional conversations, and identifying the next set of priorities for continued success. Every session is grounded in the real situations you’re facing: stakeholder conversations, manager dynamics, ambiguity, executive communication, product learning curves, confidence gaps, and the shift from high-output contributor to strategic leader.
