I’m what you might call a self-made person. I didn’t have a privileged network, a shortcut, or someone opening doors for me. I built my career on my own & step by step. I spent 20 years in the luxury and beauty industry, including 14 years at L’Oréal. I joined Kiehl’s as a sales associate. Fourteen years later, I left L’Oréal after working across management, communication, marketing and international brand content, including corporate campaigns on major topics for the Group that were rolled out globally. That journey taught me something important: technical skills matter, but over the long term, they’re never enough on their own. What helped me progress was learning how to really understand people, read a situation, communicate clearly, speak up when it mattered, adapt my approach, and build trust and engagement. In other words: assertiveness, genuine listening and emotional intelligence. Those skills became some of my strongest professional tools long before I had words for them. Today, they’re also at the heart of the way I coach. I work with clients who want to strengthen their leadership, communicate with more impact, navigate a transition, or simply become more intentional about the way they show up professionally. Today, I use everything I learned along the way to help others build their own success.

I’ll be honest: I never imagined I would become the person I am today. The 20-year-old version of me would probably look at me with wide eyes and have a hard time believing how far we’ve come and how much closer I’ve become to the person I once hoped to be. That journey taught me something important: the relationship you have with yourself changes everything. Learning to listen to yourself, respect your needs, trust your own judgment and become your own ally can completely change the way you experience your life. That’s the kind of work I want to do with my clients. Not by chasing a perfect version of yourself, but by creating new habits, new choices and concrete actions that help you feel more aligned, more confident and more at peace with who you are.
Why do I coach?
I didn’t become a coach because of a burnout or a major personal crisis. I became a coach because helping people move forward has always been something I naturally gravitated toward. Throughout my 20-year corporate career, including 14 years at L’Oréal, I often found myself supporting managers, leaders and colleagues as they navigated challenges, clarified their thinking, improved their communication and stepped into greater roles. That is what led me to train professionally as a coach in Paris, through a demanding program that led to a recognized professional certification in France. I also trained in neurocoaching, and emotional intelligence has become a core part of the way I work. What I found most rewarding was seeing the shift that happens when someone gains clarity, understands themselves better and starts making more intentional decisions that serves them. It has also been one of my strongest professional skills throughout my own career: understanding people, reading situations, adapting communication and building effective relationships. Today, I help my clients strengthen those same capabilities so they can lead with greater confidence, communicate more effectively and create lasting and visible progress. For me, coaching is a partnership: taking the time to step back, challenge assumptions, identify what really matters and turn insight into concrete action. That is why I coach.
