Hi! My name is Marcos and I'm here to take your career to the next level. I was born in Argentina but raised in 4 different countries, these experiences required me to adapt quickly to new environments and develop a strong sense of resilience. Both of these qualities have proven to be crucial in my own career, which has spanned four Fortune 100 companies with a consistent focus on data, process improvement, and solving complex business problems. To complement my professional experience, I graduated with a degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering and a minor in Statistics, giving me a strong analytical foundation and a systems-oriented approach to problem solving. In my free time I like to play soccer, snowboard, listen to house music and hang out with friends. Looking forward to connecting!

I coach because I would not be where I am today without mentors of my own. My upbringing presented unique challenges that could have very easily led me down a different path, fortunately there were people along the way that believed in me and steered me in the right direction. Their support had a lasting impact on my life and career, and it is a big part of why I am committed to giving back and helping others navigate their own challenges.
