About Marcello
Born in London, grew up between Belgium / China / Italy, and been in the U.S. since I was 14. Started my career in venture capital focused on fintech, and then joined a portfolio company of ours as Chief of Staff to the CEO. I am a recent admit to Stanford GSB and HBS from R2 2025. I am just getting started on Leland - my approach is direct, transparent, and honest about what we can achieve together.
