My Delivery Format, Style, and Process: All interview coaching is conducted via interactive, live Zoom sessions that perfectly mimic a real university admissions panel, allowing us to practice in real-time and address immediate verbal or body language cues through detailed, timestamped feedback right after the simulation ends. Throughout this process, we will utilize a shared strategic digital document to track your custom answers, core stories, and the specific questions you will ask the committee. Because I have served on university boards and currently work as a Vice-Dean, my coaching style goes beyond generic internet tips to train you based on the official rubrics and academic standards that professors actually use to score candidates. I create a demanding yet highly supportive, high-fidelity environment during mocks so that your official interview feels predictable and manageable, focusing heavily on helping you master the precise academic tone and intellectual maturity that top-tier universities expect while completely customizing your answers to the specific values, faculty research, and culture of your target schools.
Interview Package Terms and Conditions: All live mock interview and strategy sessions included in this package must be scheduled through the Leland booking system at least 48 hours in advance and fully utilized within 6 months from the date of purchase. If you need to reschedule or cancel a live session, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice; any sessions cancelled, rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed after a 15-minute grace period will be counted as used and cannot be refunded. Furthermore, drafts or materials submitted for review less than 5 days before your official university interview date will be subject to my availability and may incur an additional rush fee, so please plan ahead. Finally, because coaching is a collaborative partnership, you are expected to complete all preparation work prior to our scheduled sessions to maximize your results; please note that while I leverage my extensive experience as a university Vice-Dean and Professor to elevate your performance, final admissions decisions rest solely with the respective university committees, and no refunds will be issued based on these outcomes.
