About Lance
I was originally born in Ghana and moved to Ohio early in my infancy. Growing up, I was normal. Went to a public high school, and went to a regular state school. I always knew I wanted to do more, but was unsure how to get to my dream destinations. After countless hours of mentorship, personal work, and understanding the game, I was able to crack into MBB firms, Wall Street, and prestigious scholarships. I now hope to share this with others!
Why do I coach?
I am a product of mentorship. Coming from a non-target school, it was extremely challenging to try and crack into top industries like consulting, high finance, and tech. I hope to pass this on to others who find themselves in the same boat. Lean on me, and lets get you an offer!
