About Kristen

Hi! I’m Kristen - originally from Dallas, Texas, now living in New York City. I went to Vanderbilt University (Anchor Down!), where I first learned how much a well-told story can open doors - and how important it is to have someone in your corner during the application process. After graduating, I joined a management consulting firm, where I’ve spent the past four years helping people and organizations navigate big changes and new opportunities. Through that work, I found what I love most: helping others grow, build confidence, and take the next big step toward their goals. That’s exactly the approach I bring to coaching, too. This fall, I’ll be heading to Northwestern Kellogg to pursue my MBA and continue growing as a leader and mentor. Having been through the admissions journey twice - once for college and again for business school - I know how overwhelming it can feel. My goal is to help you find your voice, tell your story in a way that feels true to you, and make this process a lot less stressful (and maybe even a little fun!).
