Package Description:
This package is designed for students who are recruiting for investment banking internships or full-time offers. A crucial part of investment banking recruiting involves the technical interview, where candidates are asked 3-6 questions testing their accounting and valuation knowledge. This package includes one-on-one tutoring on accounting and valuation methodologies, including discounted cash flow, public comps, transaction comps, leveraged buyout, and accretion dilution. We'll also work on mock interview questions and case studies, including tips for what to do if you don't know the answer.

I have over ten years of investment banking experience, spanning bulge bracket and boutique / middle market firms, such as JPMorgan, Blackstone (now PJT), and Lincoln International. I primarily worked on mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, and restructuring engagements. After banking, I co-founded two companies and raised nearly $40m in VC funding. I currently work with start-ups and high-growth companies as a fractional CFO or consultant.
