About Kathie
Hi, I’m Kathie! I’m a Wharton graduate and management consultant who has always been fascinated by the intersection of business, creativity, and people. My own path has been anything but linear—from studying business and film in college, to exploring entrepreneurship, spending time abroad in Asia, and ultimately pursuing a career in consulting. Along the way, I’ve had to figure out many of the same questions you may be navigating now: What career is actually right for me? How do I stand out in a competitive process? And how do I turn my interests and strengths into a path that feels genuinely exciting? I love helping people work through those questions. My approach is practical and highly personalized: rather than giving you a generic playbook, I want to understand how you think, what you’re trying to accomplish, and where you’re getting stuck—and then help you build a strategy that feels like your own. Whether you’re figuring out your next career move, preparing for a competitive opportunity, or simply trying to make sense of what comes next, I’d love to help you get there.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how transformative it can be to have someone in your corner who helps you see possibilities and strengths you may not see in yourself yet. Throughout my own journey, I’ve benefited from mentors who challenged my assumptions, encouraged me to think bigger, and gave me the confidence to pursue opportunities that initially felt out of reach. I’ve also experienced the uncertainty that comes with figuring out your career while balancing different interests and possibilities. Those experiences taught me that coaching isn’t just about giving someone the “right” answer; it’s about helping them build the confidence to trust their own judgment, communicate their value, and take on challenges that once felt intimidating. That’s what I hope to provide for the people I coach: a supportive, judgment-free space to work through uncertainty, practical guidance to move forward, and, most importantly, the confidence to believe that they are capable of achieving more than they may currently realize.
