About Katherine
I’m a former McKinsey consultant and venture capital investor, with a particular passion for helping candidates build the skills and confidence required to excel in consulting interviews. I have extensive experience with case interviews, both through my own consulting recruiting experience and through coaching candidates. I work with candidates on building strong, MECE opening frameworks, structuring analysis, communicating clearly, and adapting to both interviewer- and interviewee-led cases.
Why do I coach?
Coaching matters to me because I’ve seen how much the right feedback can accelerate someone’s progress. Case interviews are a very learnable skill, but it can be difficult to identify your own gaps or know what to focus on next. I’ve always enjoyed helping others prepare, and I find it rewarding to help someone become more structured, confident, and effective over the course of the process. Keep it MECE!
