Given the vast amount of real-estate we need to cover around prod mgmt building blocks, this will be a fairly high-level overview across a wide range of topics. We will likely need to prioritize 3-5 areas. I will have material to walk through in each session, but will look to my clients to also come with specific questions to make this more interactive and useful. We can add more hours if needed.
