About Julia
I’m an AI adoption professional and entrepreneur who specialises in turning emerging technology into practical systems that people can confidently use. At ElevenLabs, I help customers get value from products including ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative by improving their use cases, prompts, configurations and adoption strategies. Previously, at Atlassian, I worked with enterprise customers to design and implement AI agents and automations using Rovo. I’m also the co-founder of SEAR Plugs, a water-sports brand where I apply AI across marketing, SEO, research, customer communications, operations and decision-making. I regularly experiment with agents, automations, MCPs and new AI tools, documenting what I learn at juliaraciniewska.com.
Why do I coach?
Working with leading AI companies and enterprise teams has given me a close view of how different organizations use AI—and what separates a compelling demo from a tool that delivers genuine, repeatable value. Applying those lessons to my own company has allowed me to test the same ideas in a resource-constrained, real-world environment. I want to share that knowledge with people who are ready to move beyond basic prompting and build something genuinely useful. I’m especially motivated to support people without traditional technical backgrounds. I didn’t complete an engineering degree, and I built my career in AI through curiosity, hands-on experimentation and learning how to translate technical possibilities into practical outcomes. AI can feel inaccessible if you don’t see yourself as “technical.” I coach to show people that there are other routes in—and to help them develop the skills, confidence and practical experience needed to build with AI or pursue a career in the industry.

Technical Architect
Atlassian
September 2023 - July 2026
I help enterprise organisations turn AI curiosity into real, embedded capability — working at the intersection of customer success, AI strategy, and hands-on solution design at Atlassian. • Architect complex, customer-specific agentic AI solutions — designed and documented 50+ production AI agents spanning ticket triage, request-type classification, intake automation, knowledge management, sprint analytics, and service management — including multi-agent orchestration systems with structured governance, cross-platform integrations (Jira, Confluence, Slack, MS Teams, Loom, SharePoint), and multi-language NLP pipelines. • Lead the "Transform with Rovo" programme — a specialist-led AI adoption engagement where I partner with major enterprise customers to identify high-impact use cases, build Rovo AI agents, and guide teams from pilot to production. • Drive AI adoption strategy and AI governance frameworks for enterprise accounts — advise C-suite and programme stakeholders on AI operating models, data readiness, risk appetite, and the transition from shadow AI and isolated experiments to a managed, scalable AI portfolio with clear decision rights and approval paths. • Co-created and project-coordinated Atlassian's AI Centre of Excellence Guidebook — authored a repeatable, four-pillar (Strategy, People, Processes, Technology) adoption framework with transformation roadmap, reusable Confluence templates (agent catalog, governance toolkit, standards & policies), and deep-dive playbooks — now used to help enterprise customers stand up their own AI CoE and scale responsible AI usage organisation-wide. • Facilitate AI workshops, deliver hands-on enablement, and present at Atlassian events and AI conferences — lead agent-building sessions, run use-case discovery workshops, and create scalable enablement assets (walkthrough videos, agent instruction templates, discovery frameworks) that enable customers to become self-sufficient AI builders and prompt engineers.
