Hey, I'm JJ. After working in private equity and founding a few startups, I'm investing in early-stage companies and getting my MBA at Harvard ('28). I've been on both sides of the hiring process for bulge bracket banks and for investment processes for pre-seed to Series A startups. I enjoy helping people find and land roles that are a perfect fit. My coaching is direct, efficient, and challenging. Why do I coach?

Coming from a non-traditional background, getting into an Ivy League school, breaking into private equity, and founding a startup took countless hours of trial and error. I've interviewed with hundreds of organizations and given thousands of pitches (pitching myself and my companies). Along the way, I've been lucky to receive guidance from numerous coaches. Now, I hope to help you reach your goals faster, smoother, and with fewer missteps — just as others helped me.
