Most students would agree that they did not receive enough career support in schools. The pain point is that Career, which takes up a big part of our lives, is not well designed in the curriculum of secondary schools or universities. After seeing many of my peers/juniors suffering from doing something they do not like, I decided to build OnGrad, with a mission to become a career supercharger for university students. OnGrad is the LinkedIn designed for university students. We built OnMyGrad, an EdTech platform for undergraduates to explore potential career options, by offering a career learning academy hosted by industry leaders; and a community where students receive continuous coaching support. Within 2 years, we have already helped more than 30+ corporate clients on employer branding projects, and reached more than 10,000 students in different recruitment campaigns. Key Projects 1. Henderson Land Development - Leasing Trainee Programme 2018 & 2019 Building from scratch, we worked with Henderson Land to build and design their campus recruitment programme. This is a flagship programme which OnGrad provided end-to-end services from programme design, promotion, application screening, assessment center, on-boarding, and training and development. The programme has attracted 1000+ candidates, with around 20 trainees hired through the programme. In this project, my main role included interview assessor and lead trainer delivering 20+ training hours. (Workplace personalities (DiSC), Presentation with impact, Design thinking, Business English and etiquette) 2. New World Development & K11 - A．Entrepreneur Adventure Programme 3.
