Jessica’s Entrepreneurship Qualifications
Experience level: Director
Welcome to my profile! I've walked the complete entrepreneurial journey from idea to exit. As co-founder and CEO of Fronen Foods, I built a natural foods company from concept to national distribution, securing shelf space at major retailers including Whole Foods, Wegmans, Walmart, and Sprouts. I raised over $2.5 million from venture capitalists, angel investors, and even NFL quarterback Derek Carr, navigating the complex world of fundraising while competing in the highly competitive plant-based food sector. Whether you're strategizing product-market fit, preparing for fundraising, scaling operations, or navigating the inevitable challenges that derail most startups, I've been there. I can help you avoid the costly mistakes I made and accelerate your path to success using the hard-won lessons from building a company.

About Jessica
I'm an MBA candidate at Stanford Graduate School of Business and entrepreneur with experience spanning consumer goods and venture capital. I co-founded Fronen Foods, a natural ice cream company, where I served as CEO for seven years before exiting to an investor group in 2024. I raised funding from VCs, angels, and NFL quarterback Derek Carr, secured national distribution with retailers like Whole Foods and Sprouts. Currently, I'm Managing Partner at Dorm Room Fund investing in early-stage student startups and an MBA Intern at Greycroft focusing on consumer investments. When I'm not working, you'll find me fostering rescue dogs or perfecting dessert recipes.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I experienced firsthand how transformational the right guidance can be. During my MBA application journey, I worked with a coach who completely changed my experience—what could have been overwhelming became amazing. That coach helped me navigate not just the academic and career aspects, but also helped me see opportunities I might have missed and gave me the confidence to pursue bold paths like my current roles in venture capital. I know how much the right support at the right time can unlock someone's potential and transform their entire trajectory. Whether you're applying to programs, navigating career transitions, or building something new, having someone in your corner who believes in your vision and can help you see around corners makes all the difference.
