For twenty-five years I've built and scaled People functions inside high-growth tech companies. That work put me in the room for the hardest human moments an organization has, and it taught me one thing: titles change what people are called, coaching changes what they're capable of. My approach is grounded in the science of how adults actually grow. I hold a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from Penn and a coaching certification in adult development from Georgetown. I won't hand you a pep talk. I'll help you see the story you're telling yourself, test whether it's true, and build the next version of you on purpose. Growth doesn't wait for a title.
