Expectations shift, relationships change, and the approaches that made you successful in the past may not be enough for what comes next. This coaching engagement is designed to help you step into your new role with greater clarity, confidence, and intention. Together, we'll identify what success looks like, understand the organizational landscape, prioritize the relationships that matter most, and determine the leadership shifts that will help you succeed at your new level. During our work together, we'll focus on: • Clarifying your mandate, expectations, and measures of success • Identifying your most important priorities and early wins • Mapping key stakeholders and developing a relationship strategy • Understanding the culture and organizational dynamics you're navigating • Identifying the leadership shifts required for success at your new level • Addressing real-time challenges as you begin operating in the role • Developing a personalized 30-60-90 day leadership plan What's Included: Five 60-minute private coaching sessions, typically completed over 8–12 weeks. You'll also receive a personalized 30-60-90 Day Leadership Plan that evolves throughout our work together and provides a practical roadmap for your first months in the role.
