This is a 5-session cohort based offering for job seekers. In 5 90-minute sessions, we will be covering: 1. The right mindset for job searching in a challenging market 2. Gaining clarity around your purpose and what you are really looking for in a job 3. Networking! Building essential networking skills that will move your job search forward 4. Understanding how to avoid burnout 5. How to communicate your value: resumes, cover letters, and interview skills

Coaching delivered via live sessions.
This is a cohort based package. We will be working as a group of 5-10 people. This allows each participant to learn from others, ensures accountability, and creates a community of supportive peers. There is homework between sessions including short articles, networking outreach, and networking calls.
