Played a major role in the growth and improvement of the student body. Managed a fellowship budget of $4 million dollars. Organized and participated in the evaluation, selection, and recruitment of approximately 350 students each year from a pool of approximately 2000 applicants. Consistently met or exceeded the enrollment goal.
