Hi, I’m Jamila —a Technical Program Manager with experience at Amazon, Meta, Microsoft, and STV Inc., and a background in civil engineering and construction management. Over the past 5+ years, I’ve navigated diverse industries—from billion-dollar infrastructure projects to fast-paced tech environments—leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact programs across the U.S. and Europe. Whether building dashboards used by hundreds of stakeholders or driving strategy at global companies, I’ve learned how to break complex challenges into actionable steps. I bring that same clarity, structure, and empathy to my coaching. I specialize in resume strategy, storytelling, and breaking into tech without a traditional tech background.

Why do I coach?

Coaching matters to me because I know what it’s like to face doubt, pivot industries, and build from scratch. I didn’t come from a "tech-first" background—I started in engineering consulting, then pivoted to big tech through intentional storytelling, mentorship, and preparation. Throughout my career, I’ve benefited deeply from mentors who saw potential in me before I saw it in myself. Their advice gave me the confidence to go after roles that once felt out of reach.
