The goal of this package is to turn your experiences into polished, McKinsey-ready PEI stories that are clear, memorable, and interview-tested. In our sessions, we’ll focus on three things: (1) Build your PEI story bank We’ll identify your strongest examples across leadership, personal impact, entrepreneurial drive, conflict, resilience, and problem solving. I’ll help you choose stories with real stakes, clear ownership, and strong outcomes — not just stories that “sound good.” (2) Refine each story into a sharp answer We’ll structure each story so it has a clean setup, a clear central tension, specific actions, measurable impact, and a strong takeaway. The goal is to make every answer feel crisp, senior, authentic, and distinctly “McKinsey.” (3) Rehearse delivery and pressure-test follow-ups We’ll practice live so your answers sound natural, confident, and concise. I’ll push on the details the way an interviewer would, so you’re ready for follow-up questions and can defend every story under pressure. After the package, you’ll walk away with a polished PEI story bank, clear feedback on what is working, and a practical plan for what to keep tightening before interview day. This is not generic behavioral prep. McKinsey PEI requires depth, self-awareness, ownership, and real evidence of impact. My job is to help you bring that out clearly — without sounding scripted.
