About Jake

My professional history includes joining Bain & Company as an intern during my undergraduate studies in the summer of 2020. I later joined full-time in 2021, where I stayed until 2025. My experience at Bain includes the "direct promotion" to Consultant (Post MBA role) and head of an undergraduate school's recruiting team. I've also participated in Associate Consultant Recruiting across 4 cycles. Since leaving Bain & Company - I've been working at SpaceX in the Starlink side of the company working as an Operations Manager

Why do I coach?

I'm excited to be a coach to help you reach your dreams. I remember getting the call from the hiring manager at Bain telling me that I'd received the internship offer with Bain. It was one of the best days of my life. The weight of recruiting lifted off my shoulders. In reality I owe that moment to a lot of mentors and people who helped me case, prepare my resume, and help me network with those at MBB.
