About Jackie
Hi! I'm Jackie, a former software consultant turned tech product manager and investment banker, with an MBA from Wharton. I’ve worked with global teams at eBay, Deloitte, and PJT Partners, navigating complex career transitions across industries and countries. As an immigrant and first-gen professional, I understand the unique challenges of building a fulfilling, high-impact career in the U.S. I now coach MBA applicants and young professionals to tell their stories and break into competitive roles with confidence. Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how transformative the right guidance can be. As someone who navigated big career pivots. What made the difference each time was having mentors who believed in me before I fully believed in myself. As an immigrant and first-gen professional, I’ve faced moments of doubt, burnout, and identity shifts. Coaching is my way of giving back and helping others build confidence and pursue paths that align with who they are and what they value to reach their full potential!
