Hi, I'm Jackie! 👋 I know firsthand how overwhelming recruiting can feel. Throughout my career, I've interviewed with consulting firms, Big 4, and leading tech companies - including McKinsey, Accenture, KPMG, IBM, DoorDash, Uber, Pinterest, and EY. Every interview taught me something different about what recruiters and hiring managers are actually looking for. Today, I work in Strategy at DoorDash after beginning my career in consulting, and I'm passionate about helping others navigate the same recruiting journey. During university, I coached more than 10 students through weekly case interview sessions and resume reviews. I also competed extensively in case competitions, which helped me develop the structured thinking and communication skills that consulting firms value.
