What we do together: Before we start, you receive a Treasure Hunting pre-work packet — a set of questions designed to surface the moments, convictions, and turning points that make your leadership story distinct. You arrive to Session 1 already inspired and mid-discovery. Session 1 — Treasure Hunt. We go through your treasures together and kick off the story makeover. Treasure Hunting is my proprietary method for finding the story only you can tell. Session 2 — You & The Big Moment. We map the connection between you and the room you're walking into — the story that only makes sense when you tell it, to this audience, at this moment. Session 3 — Selling the Story. We train the narrative and your executive presence for your specific audience — a board, a keynote stage, a town hall, a press interview, an investor update. Session 4 — Higher Stakes. Same structure, bigger room. We drill the moment that really matters — your live rehearsal, stress-tested and sharpened, until you walk in ready.
