About Hisham

I'm a senior software engineer with a decade of experience in designing, leading, and scaling distributed systems.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I believe in the transformative power of focused mentorship to accelerate an engineer's impact and career. Throughout my 10 years in the industry, I've had the privilege of leading projects from idea to production and mentoring junior engineers. This experience has taught me that the biggest difference between an average and a high-impact engineer is not just technical knowledge, but the ability to think systemically, communicate requirements effectively, and establish high-bar for everything they do on the job. My goal as a coach is to transfer this real-world, senior-level perspective to you, helping you move past the basics and deeply understand the "why" behind technical decision you make, so you can deliver high-value systems with clarity and confidence.
