About Hester
I'm a calibrated interviewer at Amazon, trained to evaluate PM candidates against the bar, and I've passed Meta's PM interview loop twice myself, so I coach from both sides of the table. I'm also a product leader who builds and scales 0→1 consumer and marketplace products for globally recognizable brands like Amazon and LinkedIn. I've launched cross-border businesses into new international markets, built AI/ML-powered workflows for creators and small businesses, and grown subscription products from inception to tens of millions in ARR.
