Hey there, I’m Heran. I’ve coached and trained 100+ entrepreneurs and leaders at firms ranging from startups and small businesses to large companies like Justworks, UBS, and Morgan Stanley. Drawing on my academic background at Columbia University and NYU Stern’s School of Business, a 15+ years career in private equity and corporate strategy, and deep understanding of leadership development, I blend the laws of business strategy and wisdom to supercharge your path through major goals and decisions.
Why do I coach?
I coach founders, executives, and business leaders to strengthen their leadership effectiveness, accelerate their career or business growth, and navigate complexity with greater clarity and confidence. After graduating from NYU Stern School of Business and Columbia University's School of Engineering, I followed the path my Finance and Industrial Engineering degrees prepared me for. Over the next 15+ years, I built my career as an investment banker, private equity investor, and corporate strategist, partnering with executives and leadership teams to drive growth, navigate complexity, and execute high-impact strategic initiatives. Coaching was a huge part of how I was able to successfully navigate multiple transitions, recruiting processes, and promotions. Along the way, I became fascinated by what separates exceptional leaders and startups from the rest. I immersed myself in the study of leadership, psychology, neuroscience, and peak performance to understand how leaders think, decide, and operate at their highest level.
