Records Clerk

Continuing my journey into public sector work, this time as a part time Records Clerk, searching for responsive records to public records requests and analyzing records for retention. I've educated myself about WA State's Public Records Act, which is one of the most transparent in the nation, right alongside Florida's. Records Retention work is also part of my scope now that the Public Records work is caught up. WA State's Archives is also a fascinating space. I even had a chance to help with payroll recently. The department is small and people wear many hats.

VP

Executive Leadership for the engineering teams responsible for: CMS Ecosystems, Autopilot, Front End Sites, Customer Experience, Design Systems, RevOps & Payments, and Foundational Services including Visual Regression Testing service and a VCS service. I led the teams through a few organizational re-alignments due to business priorities changing: one with an incredibly short period of time to implement and another by moving a team out of my org in support of the broader company goals, inclusive of sourcing that team's new leader. By managing with an incredible amount of transparency and candor, I ensured the teams kept delivering when facing ambiguity in the case of a cross team Central services intiative or when working through apprehension with our Finance partners. My team was about 65 engineers, disbursed across the world/timezones supporting features in use by hundreds of companies as well as support teams within Pantheon that worked directly with customers. Senior Director, Engineering

With Salesforce's acquisition of Tableau, I joined the Business Technology (BT) team at Salesforce. I successfully managed teams of Engineers and Agile Leaders in BT's M&A Org - focused on the Tableau Enterprise Application technologies in the following domains: Integrations, Partner Experience, eCommerce, Customer Retention (Technical Support & Post Sales) and the Shared Engineering Services (Automation Infrastructure, CI/CD, Security, Performance) that supported these Domain teams plus additional ones in other parts of the org. I was in the thick of aligning with the Core BT Business Partner Groups, inclusive of org design and integration, while gaining first hand M&A technology merging activities experience.
