I will support you in crafting your promotion strategy to Engagement Manager at McKinsey. Having worked with 30+ McKinsey consultants, I have helped numerous senior BAs and Associates craft their case to the committee and create their promotion strategies. This work will include 4 60-minute sessions of 1-to-1 coaching to establish: - Create your EM promotion story - Develop your stakeholder mapping and approach - Develop your timeline with key goals/achievements for promotion - Create your action plan (what needs to be done by when) for the upcoming review cycle

My one-to-one coaching sessions are 60 minutes long and conducted via video call (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams). I will tailor my coaching approach to your needs. I am available offline via email between sessions to answer questions and review content (e.g., timelines, plans, CVs).
