I'm Hanie, a professional MBA + Master's + Finance Career coach. I am pursuing my MBA from Columbia Business School, and was selected as one of 150 Schwarzman Scholars worldwide, one of the most competitive fully funded graduate fellowships globally, with an annual acceptance rate below 3%. I previously spent several years at Morgan Stanley, where I reviewed hundreds of resumes and interviewed dozens of candidates. I've also been admitted to multiple M7 MBA programs and Ivy League schools — including Columbia Business School, Chicago Booth, and Cornell Johnson — with a total of over USD 250K in scholarships. I grew up with scarcity in Vietnam’s remote Central Highlands. At age 19, I earned a competitive, fully-funded merit scholarship from Hong Kong’s #1 university, with less than 1% acceptance rate. I packed my whole life, along with a dose of courage and big dreams, into one 21-kg suitcase and moved abroad alone. That bold decision profoundly changed my life forever. Since then, I have built extensive international study and work experience across 17+ countries in Asia, Europe, and North America, funded through some of the world’s most competitive leadership development programs, fellowships, and ambassador awards.
