About Haamid

I’ve spent the last decade building things that matter — wind farms, international partnerships, and now, future leaders. Born into a world that demanded resilience, I learned early how to navigate uncertainty, advocate for myself, and find clarity in chaos. That instinct to build to problem-solve with purpose led me to chemical engineering and pioneering the first commercial-scale offshore wind projects across East Asia. Whether in Japan to open new markets or advising the UK government on renewable energy policy, I’ve operated at the intersection of technical depth, strategic vision, and systems change. I’m now an MBA candidate at MIT Sloan, shifting from building infrastructure to building impactful businesses and courageous people. I aim to help others, primarily global, mission-driven thinkers, design ambitious and aligned careers. Through coaching, I offer more than strategy. I offer context, candour, and the kind of high-stakes support I once needed myself. My clients come from across the globe, often with unconventional paths and bold aspirations. They helped me connect my deeply technical beginnings with a desire to lead transformational change in renewable energy and climate innovation. That kind of belief, that clarity of purpose, was catalytic. That’s why I coach: to be that catalyst for others. I guide MBA candidates, professionals, and mission-driven thinkers at an inflexion point—those who want to do hard things with heart. Drawing on years of experience leading global offshore wind projects, working across Asia, Europe, and the U.S., and advising government and startups alike, I help clients bridge strategy and soul. Collaborating closely with Siemens Gamesa, I navigated complex regulatory landscapes, established key partnerships, and drove project execution from inception to completion. My efforts facilitated the integration of innovative technologies, such as hydrogen integration with offshore wind, enhancing the sustainability and efficiency of energy solutions. This role honed my skills in strategic planning, cross-cultural communication, and technical project management, solidifying my expertise in expanding renewable energy markets in East Asia.
