About Gaurish

Welcome to my Leland profile! I'm currently a second-year business school student at Wharton. I've previously worked across a range of careers in the professional services and investing realms, ranging from consulting to banking to private equity. I've spent a lot of time thinking about the tradeoffs of each of these career and how to position myself best for success in each and I hope to do the same for you.

Why do I coach?

I'm excited to work with any prospective clients on a range of potential topics, including 1) career guidance, 2) interview prep, and 3) formal mentorship. Over the past several years, I've relied on those older than me to help me with all sorts of career decisions, whether they were big or small. I'm hoping to pass this onto a larger network of individuals through the Leland platform.
