About Francis

I grew up navigating systems that weren't designed with me in mind and learned early that the difference between spinning your wheels and finding your footing often comes down to one thing: having someone in your corner who's walked a similar path. That experience shaped everything about how I think about careers, mentorship, and what it means to truly belong in a room you had to fight to get into. I'm an actuary by training, a strategist by practice, and a coach by conviction. I also know what it's like to want more than just a successful career, to want one that's sustainable, meaningful, and worth showing up for decades from now. Outside of work, I'm a passionate about music (soul, R&B, jazz), a lover of culture in most of its forms, and the kind of person who thinks the best conversations are the ones that challenge you to see something differently.
