I’m a Senior Product Manager at Delivery Hero (foodpanda, foodora, yemeksepeti brands), leading growth and AI-driven product initiatives across 20+ countries in APAC, Europe, and the Middle East. My work focuses on scaling user acquisition, conversion, and retention through data-driven experimentation and high-impact product strategy. Over the past 8+ years, I’ve led cross-functional teams to ship and scale products used by millions, driving measurable impact on core business metrics (CVR, retention, revenue). I’ve worked across both mobile and web, and I specialize in growth, marketplace dynamics and building products that actually move the needle. Beyond my core role, I’ve advised startups and early-stage founders on product strategy, experimentation, and go-to-market. I’m particularly passionate about helping aspiring PMs break into top-tier product roles and supporting founders in turning ideas into scalable, data-driven products. Why do I coach?

I coach because I know how hard it is to navigate product management without the right guidance. Early in my career, I had to figure things out largely on my own: how to think like a PM, how to prioritize, how to influence stakeholders and how to actually drive impact instead of just shipping features. That journey took time, mistakes and a lot of trial and error. Coaching is my way of shortening that curve for others. I get a lot of satisfaction from helping people unlock clarity - whether it’s breaking into PM, leveling up in their role, or making better product, growth and go-to-market decisions that actually drive outcomes. At the same time, coaching is a two-way street. Working with ambitious founders and PMs keeps me sharp, exposes me to new perspectives and pushes my own thinking. That continuous exchange is what makes it meaningful for me.
