About Fei
Fei Abdi is a Schwarzman Scholar and former Top-Ranked Software Engineer at JP Morgan Chase. Why do I coach?
I believe that talent is distributed equally, but access to insider strategy is not. Navigating the recruiting pipelines for top-tier firms like JP Morgan or elite fellowships like Schwarzman is often a 'black box.' I coach to provide transparency. I want to help demystify these intimidating processes and empower candidates to walk into their interviews with the confidence of a decision-maker.
