Admitted to Kellogg, INSEAD with scholarship, and Yale SOM with scholarship. Former business development professional with hands-on operating and strategy experience at DiDi and Shopee. Why do I coach?
I coach because I have personally experienced how information asymmetry and unstructured guidance can derail strong candidates. MBA admissions and post-MBA recruiting are not about being “perfect” on paper, but about making deliberate choices, telling a coherent story, and executing at a high bar under pressure. Having navigated the process myself and coached candidates from diverse backgrounds, I focus on helping applicants build clarity: on their goals, their narrative, and their decision logic. My approach is structured, honest, and execution-oriented. I aim to reduce avoidable mistakes, accelerate learning curves, and help candidates compete confidently in a system that often feels opaque and intimidating.
