About Erin

Hi there, I'm Erin! Before business school, I spent nearly six years at Vanguard, where I worked in strategy and product leadership roles focused on helping families save and invest for future education (i.e., 529 plans!). As a first-generation college student, I was especially passionate about expanding access to financial opportunities and helping people navigate systems that often feel intimidating or inaccessible. This spring, I graduated with my MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and joined McKinsey & Company. Along the way, I've navigated career transitions, MBA admissions, consulting recruiting, and the challenge of figuring out what comes next when there isn't always a clear roadmap. Today, I coach MBA applicants, career switchers, and aspiring consultants who navigating ambiguity in their careers. I have also worked in full-time M7 admissions, giving me a unique perspective on MBA candidacy.
