Package Description:

This package is designed for applicants who are ready to commit to the MBA application process for up to 3 schools with the strategic guidance of an experienced partner. Common coaching activities in this package include, but are not limited to: Deep Dive and Planning. We'll begin with a thorough conversation about your background, experience, goals, and timeline. From there, we'll develop a clear application plan that keeps everything organized and on track throughout the season. You will leave this session with your first action steps. School Selection. We'll build a strategic, balanced school list of programs that genuinely excite you and align with your profile, goals, and preferences, taking into consideration the range of reach, match, and safety options. Application Strategy and Narrative Development. We'll identify your key points of differentiation as a candidate and develop a clear strategy for how those strengths will be reflected consistently across each part of your application. Resume. Your resume will be refined so it is clear, achievement-focused, and consistent with the narrative of the rest of your application. Essay Development and Editing. We'll examine your experiences, achievements, activities, and interests to identify the strongest themes, perspectives, and qualities to support each application. This brainstorming becomes the framework that guides you in articulating your readiness and fit, tailored to the prompts and culture of each program. You'll receive multiple rounds of detailed edits and feedback until every essay is polished, purposeful, and ready to submit. Recommender Strategy and Preparation. We'll identify the strongest candidates to support your applications and establish a clear plan and timeline for your outreach and communication with them. You will be fully prepared to brief your recommenders in a way that sets them up to write compelling, targeted letters, and backup recommender options will be identified as needed so you are never caught off guard. Final Application Review. Before you submit, all of your application materials will be reviewed to ensure everything is cohesive, complete, and accurately represents your strongest candidacy. Interview Preparation. You'll prepare for each interview with school-specific mock interviews and a thorough debrief so you are ready and confident. Waitlist Support. If you are waitlisted at any of your programs, I'll conduct a diagnostic review to identify areas that can be strengthened, and we'll develop a clear action plan to improve your odds of receiving an offer of admission. This package remains active through the end of your application season. This package typically includes 25-35 hours of coaching. Every client's journey looks a little different, and we'll work together to make sure the time is spent where it matters most. The result is a complete, polished application package that gives you the best possible opportunity for admission to the programs that are right for you.
