I'm a Senior Consultant at Funnel Leasing, where I help enterprise multifamily operators deploy AI-powered CRM and agentic workflows that handle everything from prospect conversations to lease renewals across massive portfolios. I've spent 15 years scaling SaaS products across robotics, energy, and real estate — always at the intersection of complex technical systems and executive-level business problems. Three years ago, I went all-in on AI as a builder. I use AI coding agents as my primary development tool, shipping full-stack applications and developer tooling without writing code in the traditional sense. I've built and deployed an AI system that reviews architectural construction documents for regulatory compliance and physical conflicts, MCP-first developer tools that let AI agents generate production-ready UI, and multiple consumer and B2B applications. All 100% AI-coded and live in production. My background is unusual: I'm a Georgia Tech mechanical engineer who became an enterprise SaaS operator, then became an AI-native builder. That path means I approach AI the way a product leader does: through decomposition, taste, and workflow architecture... not through academic theory. I know how to get real, shippable output from AI systems because I do it every day, across real products, for real users.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I've lived the transition I help others make and I know how disorienting it is without a guide. For over a decade, I managed cross-functional teams, navigated enterprise sales cycles, and shipped software the traditional way. I was good at it. But I hit a ceiling that effort alone couldn't break through. My breakthrough came when I stopped trying to manage my way to the next level and started building with AI directly. I now orchestrate agents, develop my own tools, and ship products at a pace that would have required a full team two years ago. That shift didn't happen overnight, and it wasn't obvious. I had to figure out how to decompose complex problems so AI could actually execute them at quality. I had to develop the judgment to know when AI output is production-ready and when it's dangerously close. I had to learn how to architect agentic workflows that compound, not just automate. I coach because most professionals I talk to want to use AI at this level but can't figure out how to start. They're stuck between "I tried ChatGPT" and "I built something real." I've crossed that gap. I know where the dead ends are, what actually works, and how to get from zero to shipping AI-driven output.
