Emma’s Product Management Qualifications
Experience level: Associate Product Manager
Emma has helped clients get into these companies:
I’m a former venture-backed founder turned product manager. I've worked in product across start-ups, an acquired tech company, and recently finished the PM recruiting process. I interviewed with LinkedIn, Adobe, Deloitte, Accenture, 84.51, and more. I will be joining Mastercard’s product team in the fall. I specialize in helping students break into APM and junior PM roles. I coach product sense, cases, execution, and behavioral interviews using approaches that work in today’s hiring market. Frameworks are tools, not scripts. If you want clear feedback, real recruiting insight, and practical prep, I’m here to help :)

About Emma
I’m a product manager and entrepreneur with experience building products at both venture backed startups and large technology companies. I’ve led end to end product work across discovery, strategy, and execution, including launching data driven features used by thousands of customers. I began my career as a co founder of a venture backed startup, where I built an AI powered hiring platform and gained hands on experience shipping products in fast moving, ambiguous environments. Since then, I’ve worked in product roles supporting nonprofit and enterprise platforms and will be joining Mastercard’s product team full time. I enjoy coaching because I’ve been through the full product journey myself, from learning product thinking and interview strategy to landing and succeeding in competitive product roles. Outside of work, I love to travel and read. I’ve been to over 20 countries across five continents and enjoy learning through new cultures and perspectives.
Why do I coach?
I would not be where I am without coaching. No one in my family works in tech, so when I decided to pursue product management, I had to carve my own path without a clear roadmap. Early on, the process felt overwhelming and hard to break into. A close friend encouraged me to explore product management and became an informal mentor. He taught me the basics of product thinking and interview strategy, and I spent months refining those skills and learning how to truly think like a product manager. Having someone believe in me, break down complex concepts, and provide honest feedback completely changed my trajectory. I want to be that person for others, especially students and early-career candidates who may not have access to tech networks but have the talent and drive to succeed.
