My coaching is direct, strategic, and grounded in firsthand experience on both sides of the table. I don't speculate about what admissions committees want — I've been in the room. And having led MBA recruiting at Bain for Wharton and Yale SOM, I understand how target employers evaluate the same candidates schools are admitting — a perspective most coaches simply don't have. But strategy alone isn't enough. I believe every strong candidate has a compelling story, and the work is finding it and telling it clearly. Through deep listening and honest feedback, I help you build an application that sounds unmistakably like you — not like a template. I work with a small number of clients at a time so I can go deep on each one. My goal isn't to polish your essays — it's to build a strategy that gives you the best possible shot at your target schools while setting you up for the career you actually want. No fluff, no false promises — just real guidance from someone who has been on both sides of the table.
Full payment is due at booking to secure your package. Sessions will not begin until payment is received. Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled in advance via mutually agreed-upon times. Clients are responsible for confirming their session times. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited at the coach’s discretion. Session Format: Coaching includes a mix of live video sessions and asynchronous written feedback. All materials are shared digitally unless otherwise specified. Confidentiality: All client information, materials, and communications are treated as confidential. Intellectual Property: Any materials, frameworks, or templates provided remain the property of the coach and are for the client’s personal use only. No Guarantees: While coaching aims to maximize application strength and confidence, admission decisions are ultimately at the discretion of the schools. Completion: The package expires 20 months from the date of purchase if not fully utilized, unless otherwise agreed upon.
