Why do I coach?

I started my career at BCG and currently work as a growth investor focused on technology. While I love the quantitative / analytical parts of my job, what excites me the most about coaching people in their careers isn't the numbers. It’s people. It’s storytelling. It’s the feeling of clarity you get when you finally understand where you want to go — and more importantly, how to get there. I’ve coached peers and rising stars through: - Pivots into new industries - High-stakes interviews at top firms - Personal rebrands when they feel “stuck” - Big career crossroads where logic and emotion are at war What I’ve learned?
