About Elizaveta
Originally from Chelyabinsk, Russia, and now based in California, I spent several years pursuing my dream of graduating from MIT. My route was non-traditional: I first earned a MicroMasters online to prove my capabilities, which paved the way for me to join the on-campus program. Building on that foundation, I established a successful career in Google Supply Chain, earning two promotions over six years. I balanced this intense professional and educational growth with raising my two daughters and navigating two major cross-country moves - from Chicago to Cambridge, MA, and finally to California.
Why do I coach?
I coach to empower women, mothers, and immigrants to pursue their own ambitious dreams. I want to share the practical strategies I used to navigate elite academic and corporate environments, build personal financial peace, and raise children while navigating complex family dynamics. My goal is to help you take calculated risks and advocate for your own potential - in your career, your finances, and your home.

Founder
Intentional Money
September 2025 - Present
I am the Founder of Intentional Money and a dedicated personal finance guide (AFC® Candidate) on a mission to empower women and their families to build financial clarity and confidence on their own terms. My work and writing are focused on four key areas: - Foundations: Establishing clear cash flow, intentional spending plans, and a non-negotiable safety net. - Mindset: Exploring the psychology of money, aligning spending with core values, and transforming limiting beliefs. - Family Finances: Creating financial partnership, improving communication, and raising financially confident children. - Wealth Building: Charting a path to long-term goals, from investing fundamentals to financial independence (including managing RSUs). I bring my unique perspective from a corporate tech background and experience as an immigrant navigating the U.S. financial system, providing practical, empathetic guidance. I am committed to helping you make intentional decisions that shape a life you truly love.

Education

Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Masters of Applied Science, Supply Chain
2019 - 2019
My time at MIT was defined by a unique hybrid journey. I began with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) MicroMasters, completing rigorous graduate-level coursework online to earn my admission to the residential program. While the subsequent semester on campus was extremely intensive, the defining aspect was the community and lifelong friendships we built. Serving as Class President allowed me to shape that experience directly; I advocated for student needs and organized cohort activities, a role that honed my leadership and communication skills while fostering a strong sense of belonging among my peers.
