About Elena
With nearly 20 years of experience as an HR Director and HR Business Partner in global companies like Procter & Gamble, Coty, and Beam Suntory, I've sat on the other side of the table — in leadership committees, through mergers and restructurings, and in the everyday pressure of running a business through its people. Today I work as an independent Executive Coach and People & Business Partner, combining coaching, mentoring, and HR consulting for leaders, teams, and organizations. I also teach at business schools (Advantere Business School, IE) and support both senior executives and early-career professionals as a career advisor. In parallel, I co-founded Burnout Reset Hub, where we help individuals, leaders, and organizations build sustainable ways of working — so that performance and wellbeing stop being treated as opposites. I'm an ICF-certified Executive Coach, and I bring a practical, grounded approach shaped by having actually been "in the seat": I understand the real pressures of running a business, not just the theory of people management. My clients describe my style as close, human, and results-oriented — I don't just advise from the outside, I roll up my sleeves and work through it with them.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I've seen this from every angle — as an HR Director in global companies, as a leader myself, and through my own experience with burnout. For almost 20 years I watched talented leaders struggle with the same tension: how to perform, deliver results, and lead their teams well, while the pressure kept mounting on their own wellbeing. Leading well isn't just about hitting targets — it's about doing it in a way that's sustainable for you and for the people who depend on you. I've seen how hard that balance is to get right, and I've lived it myself: I know what it feels like to keep pushing until something has to give. That's why my coaching focuses on two things that, for me, can't be separated: building a genuinely successful career and protecting your wellbeing along the way — and helping leaders develop the skills and self-awareness to lead their teams well, without burning out in the process. There's real satisfaction in watching a leader go from just surviving their role to actually thriving in it, and seeing that ripple out to their team.
