About Elea
I am an engineer at heart and worked in medical devices for many years before getting my MBA at HBS. I had never taken a business class prior to business school, and went in knowing I wanted to build the business skills to balance my technical acumen. I joined McKinsey as a summer intern, and then rejoined full-time when I graduated. I worked on problems that were top of mind for CEOs and partnered with incredible people to drive sustainable impact.
Why do I coach?
I have been fortunate to have had great coaches and mentors over my career - from initial conversations with people that convinced me business school was the right fit, to people opening my aperture to the world of consulting, to many hours spent prepping to land the consulting job, and the great mentors that have developed me as a leader while in consulting. My hope is that I can return the favor to others who are embarking on these journeys and help you navigate the path ahead.
