I spent 3 years at McKinsey & Company, in the Chicago and Nairobi offices. I was among the first cohort of BAs ever trained to be case interviewers. I then spent 2 years interviewing on behalf of offices in the US, Europe, and Africa for roles ranging from summer interns through advanced/mid-career hires. Prior to becoming an interviewer, I led sourcing, resume reviews, and coaching across several recruiting cycles for intern and full-time candidates at the undergraduate and advanced degree levels.
