About Duncan
Currently working in Private Equity at Redbird Capital Partners, while pursuing my MBA at the Wharton School. Before Wharton, I spent 5 years at Goldman Sachs where I was most recently in the TMT team within Investment Banking in New York. At Goldman Sachs, I was a part of the recruiting teams in both Australia and New York, assessing candidates for internship and full-time roles. I have worked with hundreds of mentees in the past and have helped them land jobs across investment banking, private equity and MBA. I work on investment banking and private equity recruiting, MBA admissions, general career coaching, resume work, interview prep, and more. Why do I coach?
Investment banking recruiting is tough. It can be stressful, daunting and tough to navigate. As someone who has benefitted firsthand from seasoned mentors to help guide me through difficult challenges in both my own recruiting and professional journey, I am excited at the opportunity to give back and guide people through this journey.
